How to reach: To reach the mark from the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 (Federal Highway) and State Road 706 (Indiantown Road) in Jupiter, go southeast on U.S. Highway 1 (Federal Highway) for 2.74 km (1.7 mi) to a power line crossing the highway and a gated sand trail road on the right paralleling the power line, turn right on the sand trail passing through a locked gate and go west for 0.80 km (0.5 mi) to the second concrete power pole east of the Intracoastal Waterway (number 20 D 4). The bench marks are located in the area along the sandtrail. The tide gage and staff were on Day Beacon #19.
